Dizziness and nausea may also be associated with this type of sinusitis when rising up from the sitting position. The pain felt may also lead to dimness in vision. Windflower. This homeopathic remedy may be used by those with sinusitis characterized by head pain that may be worsened lying down or by a warm room. Relief may be felt with staying in cool air. The sinusitis may be triggered by warm temperatures and may worsen when stooping down, sitting, rising up from bed or eating. Most of the pain seem to originate from the front area of the head and may be accompanied by stomach problems. Some people with this type of sinusitis may get relief either by walking slowly in cool open air or by wrapping their head tightly by a towel or bandage.

The nasal discharge that accompanies this type of sinusitis is often thick and may be colored yellow or green.
